Having a problem? Let us help first
WP Lead Player is a digital product, and we’d much rather fix a problem than see you go without. If something isn’t working the way you expected, open a ticket on the support page on ABC and tell us what you’re seeing. We’ll do our best to sort it out.
Refund terms are set out on the Terms & refunds page on wpleadplayer.com.
Bought the original WP Lead Player?
WP Lead Player is a separate plugin from the original product. It’s a complete rebuild from the ground up, with modern code replacing the old PHP 5/6-era plugin. As a thank-you to original customers, if you bought the old version you can get the equivalent WP Lead Player licence free.
- Find your original purchase receipt.
- Open a ticket on the support page on ABC.
- Attach or show your receipt, and we’ll set you up with the equivalent WP Lead Player licence.
