Managing subscriber lists

WP Lead Player keeps your subscribers in lists inside WordPress. You can send newsletters to them and include the list in the data sent to your integrations.

Open your lists

Go to WP Lead Player › Subscriber List (the screen is headed Manage Subscriber List). Each list shows a Title and Description.

Out of the box you’ll see Subscribed User – “Internal Subscribed User”. Click View List to see who’s on it.

Add a list

1. Click Add new.
2. Enter the list name.
3. Save it.
4. Open the video, go to its Opt-In tab and choose this list for its sign-ups.

So create the list first, then pick it on the video.

Find or remove lists

• Use the Search box to find a list.
• Tick lists, choose Trash from Bulk actions and click Apply to remove them.

Importing subscribers

CSV import isn’t on the top-level list screen – it’s one level down, inside a list:

1. Go to WP Lead Player › Subscriber List and open the list you want.
2. On the Manage Subscriber User List screen, click Import via CSV at the top, next to Add new.
3. Choose your file. Put names in the first column and email addresses in the second.
