Connecting FluentCRM

FluentCRM runs on the same site as WP Lead Player, so there’s no API key to paste. If you’d rather use a route we’ve fully documented, or want full control over what reaches FluentCRM, use the webhook instead (see Sending leads to a webhook) – the webhook’s data, including campaign details, is described in How integrations work and what gets sent.

Before you start

FluentCRM must be installed and active. If it isn’t, the Integrations screen shows FluentCRM is not active on this site yet.

Set it up

  1. In FluentCRM, note the IDs of the lists and tags you want to use.
  2. Go to WP Lead Player › Integrations.
  3. Under FluentCRM, tick Add every lead to FluentCRM.
  4. In Lists, enter the FluentCRM list IDs, separated by commas. Leave blank for none.
  5. In Tags, enter the FluentCRM tag IDs, separated by commas. Tags are handy for triggering an automation.
  6. Click Save Changes.
  7. Click Send a test lead to FluentCRM and check the contact appears in FluentCRM.

Still stuck? Open a ticket on the support page on ABC and a real person will help.
